• Step 3: Reply SHARE to get a link for your client.

Text these words to our number at any time:

• HELP: See all available commands.
• SHARE: Get a professional web link for your last estimate.
• HISTORY: See your last 5 job estimates.
• SETTINGS: View your current trade, market, and plan.
• SET BUSINESS [Name]: Add your company name to client links.
• SET TRADE concrete: Keep estimates focused on concrete jobs.
• SET MARKET Boise: Use Treasure Valley concrete rates.
• ADJUST [Feedback]: Flag an estimate for a manual rate review.
• DELETE: Start the account deletion flow. We require a confirmation reply before wiping data.

Pricing

Your first 3 estimates are free — no credit card needed.

• Basic — $29/month: 20 estimates per month. Enough for most active contractors.
• Pro — $59/month: 100 estimates per month. For high-volume bidding.

Troubleshooting

Price seems off? We calibrate rates against local supplier and labor market data, but prices change. If an estimate feels wrong, reply ADJUST [details] and our team will review and update the rates for your market.
