TextABid ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered estimating tool for contractors. This policy explains how we handle your data.
We collect your phone number and the content of your job descriptions. This data is used solely to generate estimates and improve our local rate calibration. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use the Anthropic Claude API to process your job descriptions. Per our vendor agreement, your data is NOT used to train Anthropic's foundation models. Data sent to the AI is retained by the vendor for up to 30 days for safety and compliance monitoring only.
By using TextABid, you consent to receive automated SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated estimate history by texting DELETE. For your security, we require a follow-up confirmation before permanently wiping your data from our database.
This policy and our services are governed by the laws of the States of Idaho and Utah, as applicable. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
