TextABid is an AI-powered estimating tool that generates job cost estimates for construction contractors via SMS. Estimates are generated using artificial intelligence and local rate data.
Estimates generated by TextABid are approximate and for reference only. They are not bids, contracts, or guarantees of actual project cost. Actual costs depend on site conditions, material availability, supplier pricing, labor availability, and other factors. You are solely responsible for verifying estimate accuracy before using them for client quotes or project planning.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate construction estimating purposes. You will not use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or for any purpose unrelated to construction estimating.
TextABid offers a free trial period. After the trial, the Service costs $49/month for unlimited estimates. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
TextABid is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
